Good Questions.

What happens on the call?

Twenty minutes. You tell us what you're building, we ask a few questions about timeline and budget, and we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we are, you'll get a payment link and your start date is held. No deck, no pitch.

Can I add deliverables to a package?

Not mid-project — the fixed scope is what makes the fixed price and timeline possible. If you need more than what's in a package, mention it on the call and we'll point you to the right one, or tell you honestly if we're not it.

What if I don't like what you present?

You'll have 24 hours to give written feedback on the three directions. We incorporate that into the refinement round. If none of the three feel right, we'll send a written realignment brief within 24 hours and proceed from there — no extra call required. This has happened twice in four years.

What happens if you miss the delivery deadline?

It hasn't happened. If it did, you'd be refunded for the delay — the terms are in the project agreement you sign before we start.

How do I pay?

Once we've confirmed it's a fit on the call, you'll get a payment link for a 50% deposit to hold your start date. The remaining 50% is due on delivery day.

How do I know if I'm ready to start?

If you can describe what your business does, who it serves, and what makes it different in three sentences, you're ready. If you're still working those out, start there first — branding a business whose strategy is still forming produces work that needs redoing in 12 months.

What format are the deliverables in?

All design files are delivered in Figma. Exported assets come as SVG, PNG (transparent), PDF, and EPS where applicable. Print-ready files are included in Core and Complete.

Can I see more work before I decide?

The case studies on the Work page are the primary portfolio. Want to see something from a specific industry? Ask on the call — we'll tell you honestly if we have relevant examples.
