Can I add deliverables to a package?
No. The fixed scope is what makes the fixed price and fixed timeline possible. If you need something that isn’t in a package, the Complete package is the most flexible option — or we may not be the right fit for this project.
What if I don’t like what you present on day three?
You’ll have 24 hours to give written feedback on the three directions. We incorporate that feedback into the refinement round. If none of the three directions feel right, we’ll send a written realignment brief within 24 hours — a short document that restates the direction we’re taking and why, based on your feedback. You respond in writing, we adjust, and we proceed. No call required. This has happened twice in four years. Both times, the written realignment revealed that the client’s original brief had been unclear on a key point — which is why the intake form is thorough.
What happens if you miss the delivery deadline?
It hasn’t happened. But if it did, you’d receive a 10% refund for every day past the agreed delivery date, up to a full refund. This is in the project agreement you sign before we start.
Do you offer payment plans?
Once your brief is reviewed and the project confirmed as a fit, you’ll receive a payment link for a 50% deposit. This secures your start date. The remaining 50% is due on delivery day. No exceptions. If you need a few days to arrange payment after confirmation, your start date can be held for up to five business days.
How do I know if I’m ready to start?
If you can clearly describe what your business does, who it serves, and what makes it different in three sentences — you’re ready. If you’re still working those out, start there first. Branding a business whose strategy is still forming produces work that will need to be redone in 12 months.
What format are the deliverables in?
All design files are delivered in Figma. Exported assets are provided as SVG, PNG (transparent), PDF, and where applicable, EPS. Print-ready files are included in Core and Complete packages.
Can I see more work before I decide?
The three case studies on the Work page are the primary portfolio. If you want to see work from a specific industry or application type, email us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have relevant examples. We don’t maintain a hidden portfolio for selective sharing.
What if I need to postpone my start date?
Start dates can be moved once, up to 14 days in advance. After that, the deposit is non-refundable and the slot is released. We run a tight schedule and cannot hold dates open indefinitely.
